How we use your personal data

TL;DR. We use the details you send in this form only to reply to your enquiry and plan next steps. That’s allowed under the GDPR because it’s necessary to take steps at your request / perform a contract, and (where relevant) our legitimate interest in running a secure service (e.g., anti-spam). You can ask for a copy, correction, deletion, or object to processing. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to your data protection authority. We never sell your data. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or as required by law.

What we collect.
Identity and contact details (name, company, e-mail, phone) and the message you submit.

Why we process your data (legal bases).

• To respond to your request and prepare a proposal/contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
• To protect the service from abuse (rate-limiting/anti-spam/logs) — our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
• Optional updates (only if you ask for them) — your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); you can withdraw consent at any time.

What we must tell you at collection.
This notice provides the information required by GDPR Art. 13: who we are, why we process, how long we keep data, your rights, recipients/transfer safeguards, and where to complain.

How long we keep it.
We retain enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and basic record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them. If a commercial relationship starts, your data moves into the project records and is kept for the applicable legal retention period.

Who sees your data (recipients).
Our hosting and e-mail providers and strictly necessary IT vendors under EU data-processing contracts. If a provider is outside the EEA, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-approved safeguards.

International transfers.
If data leaves the EEA, we implement SCCs and additional measures where needed to keep protections equivalent to the EU standard.

Your rights.
You can access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure (in certain cases), restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.

Where to complain.
You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Hesse (Germany): Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HBDI) — datenschutz.hessen.de.

Security.
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures (TLS in transit, access control, least-privilege, limited retention). If a personal-data breach creates risk to you, we assess and act according to GDPR requirements.

We do not sell personal data. We don’t use automated decision-making for this form.
